The Connection

I met Him out there

where the oceans meet the sky.

I heard His sweet voice

calling to me from up high.

Answers to questions

only He could ever know.

Nothing can compare

to the solace and terror

I felt way out there

where the ocean met the sky.

This pure connection

lives on in my memory.

Never forgotten,

How I met Him by the sea.

“Yea, Lord, I know that thou speakest the truth, for thou art a God of truth, and canst not lie.
